The sleet had started collecting on most surfaces at this point, winter was definitely here.
Zoe hadn’t heard anything from Peach all week, then suddenly a note slid under her dorm door.

She waited, waited, pacing frantically to stay warm. Staring out at the quad through the faded clock face, it was swarming with students…
It was one minute to 10 o clock now… giving up the pacing, finally, she sat down, That’s when she saw it, the sleeve of Peach’s trusty chocolate brown sweater, peeking out from the storage closet by the stairs…
Rushing to open it, Zoe was ready to rip Peach a new one for keeping her waiting so long!
Sucked of life Peach and Her dress length sweater slapped out of its doors. Her body flopping onto the icy floor, comparable to a lazy slinky…
No screams left Zoe’s lips, instead, folding beside Peach, trying to transfer warmth, trying to restart her heart.
Zoe lay with her lover, lay with her until the snow froze her heart.
Her only love was now gone, there was no life left…
